Since 2005 during Annie’s first Pregnancy she has been continually inspired in assisting women through their journey into motherhood with the wonderful teachings of Prenatal and Mom & Baby yoga taught to her by Aase Lium Hall. Also through her own experiences of practicing & teaching yoga through her pregnancy’s and with her babies.
